I have had several claims that were not at fault claims, and Mike and his associates have been instrumental in helping me walk through all of them. "For State Farm located in Bangor ,PA mike’s office . Ty to the team and especially Ryan Z. from State Farm at this location. He’s been so amazing and a pleasure to Work with. I feel important and understood. Great customer service skills! He’s been patient and calming with reassurance and also been fast acting in times of need. I’ve never worked so closely with my insurance to realize how much they can actually do for you! Nothing but good words and good vibes for this place. Ty Ryan for putting up with me and all my needs in a timely manner. "This agent is useless. Statefarm is the biggest scam, you pay them every month but car still not fixed 4 months later after an accident. Most bodyshops/ mechanics don't accept claims from them because of how unprofessional they are and how long they drag their claims. Stay away from state farm they're trash to say the least!"
