I feel important and understood. Great customer service skills! He’s been patient and calming with reassurance and also been fast acting in times of need. I’ve never worked so closely with my insurance to realize how much they can actually do for you! Nothing but good words and good vibes for this place. Ty Ryan for putting up with me and all my needs in a timely manner. Starting my own business and the back and forth of putting up with contract revisions I needed and he never once seemed frustrated or worn down. I appreciate and value good work and less for me to worry about . I’m glad he could handle all else ."

"This agent is useless. Statefarm is the biggest scam, you pay them every month but car still not fixed 4 months later after an accident. Most bodyshops/ mechanics don't accept claims from them because of how unprofessional they are and how long they drag their claims. Stay away from state farm they're trash to say the least!"
